The Aluminum Router Plate Dimensions are 11-1/2" x 9-1/8" X 3/8" thick, with a fillet radius of 9.53mm(3/8"). It is suitable for routers with a 3-1⁄2-in.-dia body. The clamp block is used to quickly clamp the router, and the lift adjustment cam wheels can be used to adjust the gaps with the router table to prevent the router plate from vibrating.

The hex hole of the micro-adjustment dial can be rotated to lift or lower the carriage as needed to position the router bit. Every full revolution of the adjusting crank moves the carriage and changes the height of the router bit by +- 0.05,” allowing for exact bit height changes. The router plate features precise centerlines on both sides to help find the center positions of the bit quickly and effectively, and a 2-inch scale to adjust the fence quickly. With a height adjustability range of 3 inches, this router lift allows for effortless change of router bits without removing the router from the carriage, saving time and effort. The height adjustment screw has a pitch of 20 teeth per inch, with the inclusion of a zeroing index ring with a 50-angle scale for precise control. The height screw locking device prevents minimal movement caused by router vibrations, ensuring consistent cutting depth throughout your work.

Included with this router lift are 5 insert rings, with sizes of 3/8", 1", 1-1/4" (compatible with guide bushings), 1-7/8", and 2-5/8", offering optimal stock support for various sizes of router bits to cater to your diverse routing needs.
